Job Description:
Crowe is seeking a proactive and organized Learning Program Delivery Associate to join our Crowe University team. This role is perfect for individuals with 1-3 years of work experience who are fast learners and have a knack for technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational, compliance, and logistical aspects of delivering high-quality internal training programs, primarily through live virtual delivery (webcast).
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Coordination: Support the development and delivery of learning programs, ensuring adherence to processes and due dates.
- Project Management: Manage the end-to-end project management of live learning events, with a focus on virtual webinars.
- Technology Management: Set up, host, and manage technology-enabled learning programs.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry and organizational compliance requirements, including, but not limited to NASBA Continuing Professional Education.
- Learning Management System (LMS): Manage registration and CPE issuance within the LMS.
- Communication: Communicate and manage participant expectation, registration, attendance requirements, and prerequisites.
- Facilitator Support: Educate facilitators on the effective use of technologies and instructional methods.
- Event Production: Produce webinars and manage instructors and all in-event logistics, including troubleshooting during events.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work with subject matter experts, partners, and directors across the firm to deliver effective training solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years of work experience in a related field.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
