Short Description

Provide phlebotomy services for adolescent/adult patients in EIP department, HIV counseling and testing. Patient education for laboratory test collection and preservation. Enter all laboratory data in appropriate data bases. Provide phlebotomy services for adolescent/adult patients in EIP department. 0-2 years' experience required

Education Requirements

High School/GED required.

Vocational/Technical School preferred.

License/Certification Requirements

Formal Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
