About the role

The Chief of Staff to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) is a highly strategic and execution-oriented role responsible for driving alignment, operating cadence, and cross-functional execution across Renuity’s Commercial organization. This individual will act as a force multiplier for the CCO—translating strategy into action, ensuring priorities are clearly defined and executed, and enabling faster, higher-quality decision-making across our Divisions.

You will sit at the center of a dynamic, fast-scaling business, partnering closely with Division General Managers, FP&A, and functional leaders to drive planning, governance, and critical initiatives forward. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building structure, and wants a front-row seat to executive decision-making and enterprise-wide impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Operating Cadence & Governance

    • Design and run weekly leadership team meetings and monthly strategy reviews across Renuity’s divisions

    • Ensure clear agendas, actionable outcomes, and consistent follow-through

    • Partner with FP&A to evolve monthly business reviews, reporting, and forecasting to support ongoing decision-making and business processes

  • Lead Strategic Planning & Alignment

    • Own annual and quarterly planning for the Commercial function and Divisions

    • Translate strategy into clear priorities, initiatives, and measurable scorecards

    • Provide visibility into progress, risks, and tradeoffs for executive stakeholders

  • Enable Faster, Better Decision-Making

    • Structure complex problems, synthesize inputs, and drive clear recommendations to the CCO

    • Improve speed and quality of decisions by ensuring stakeholders are aligned and informed

    • Identify and proactively address gaps, risks, and dependencies across initiatives

  • Drive Cross-Functional Execution

    • Lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives across Commercial, Finance, Operations, and other home office teams

    • Ensure coordination and accountability across stakeholders to deliver on key business outcomes

    • Create project plans, track progress, and remove blockers to execution

  • Support Organizational Effectiveness

    • Improve communication, alignment, and transparency across the Commercial leadership team

    • Drive clarity on priorities and ensure focus on the highest-impact initiatives

    • Help scale processes and operating models as the business grows

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong communication and executive presence

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

    • Ability to distill complex topics into clear, actionable insights

  • Strategic thinking + structured problem solving

    • Experience breaking down ambiguous problems and driving data-informed recommendations

    • Strong business judgment and ability to balance speed with rigor

  • Execution and project leadership

    • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution

    • Strong organizational skills with a bias toward action and follow-through

  • Analytical and business acumen

    • Comfort working with data, KPIs, and financial concepts (forecasting, planning, performance analysis)

    • Ability to connect insights to business impact and operational decisions

  • Experience working with senior leadership

    • Prior experience in consulting, strategy, operations, investment banking, or similar fast-paced environments preferred

    • Exposure to executive-level stakeholders and decision-making processes

  • Collaborative and low-ego leadership style

    • Ability to influence without authority and build trust across diverse teams

    • Comfortable operating in a highly cross-functional, fast-changing environment

  • Even Better

    • Experience in multi-unit, services, or consumer-driven businesses

    • Background supporting a C-suite executive or leading strategic planning processes
