WHAT YOU’LL DO

GreenPower Motor Company is seeking a Production Team Member. The Production team is responsible for performing

diversified duties during vehicle production according to safety. A Production Team Member with GreenPower Motor

Company will possess the technical acumen and ability to provide results under a predetermined timeline. An ideal

candidate is a team-orientated self-starter who is knowledgeable in mechanical functions in a production atmosphere. This

position requires critical thinking, implementation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast pace environment.

• Collect materials, parts, and equipment needed in the daily production process
• Performs duties to install, build, and maintain multiple components of vehicles.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required production functions.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment and plant facilities.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Communicate defective parts or any part issues
• Apply problem solving skills to maintain high standards of quality during the production process
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Meet requirements of the state and federal law for automobile repair and consumer protection
• Performs other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very

active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The

employee most frequently lifts and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job

include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth 69 and the ability to adjust focus.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.
• Must have the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
