Essential Functions:
- Compiles and validates payroll data. Works closely with ADP Payroll Specialist to ensure timely processing of payroll.
- Compile internal management reports from payroll system software.
- Maintains all internal People Services systems to ensure data integrity.
- Assists in posting job ads and being the liaison between third party administrator and the hiring managers.
- Maintains personnel files and processes documentation for team related changes.
- Provides administrative support for all People Services functions.
- Responds to reference checks and verification of employment status.
- Serve as a reliable source of information for employees, promptly answering questions.

Experience:
- One to three years of similar or related experience. ADP Workforce Now experience highly desired.
- Requires a high school education or GED.
- Proficient with Microsoft Applications, specifically Excel.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- This is a hybrid position, with required Thursdays in office.
