Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within cross-functional and cross-discipline teams to install electrical equipment and systems according to plans, specifications, codes, and standards.
- Troubleshoot electrical components, wiring diagrams, transformers, motors, panels, and circuits.
- Typical work includes voltages up to 480 VAC.
- Fire panel integration of assets and life safety equipment.
- Maintain and repair electrical systems such as switchgear, motor controls, lighting, panels, conveyor systems, and power supplies.
- Test electrical systems and circuits with testing devices (ohmmeters, voltmeters, oscilloscopes) to verify safety and functionality.
- Inspect systems and components for hazards, defects, or compliance issues (infrared imaging).
- Diagnose malfunctions and correct issues using hand tools and test equipment.
- Maintain a safe work environment, comply with OSHA policies, and support safety initiatives.
- Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.
- Completing electronic logs and utilizing Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Reading and understanding electrical schematics, drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Work with vendors to specify and order necessary parts for jobs.
- Collaborate with and support external service suppliers as needed.
- Work within a work order system.
Physical & Work Environment
This role involves working across the Glasgow, Delaware site in various weather conditions, including hot, humid, cold or rainy weather. You should be comfortable wearing appropriate PPE for the task including gloves, glasses, hearing protection, hardhats and arc flash gear when required. Physical demands include standing, squatting, climbing ladders, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Journeyman Electrician License in Delaware or completion of a 4-year Electrical Apprenticeship
- Trained in LOTO
- NFPA 70E Trained
- Experience with Lean business systems and methodologies such as TPM, 5S and Standard Work.
- 3-5 Years experience working in commercial settings with commercial equipment
- Familiarity with facilities ancillary equipment: Boilers, Chillers, Air Compressors, Wells, Water Systems, Air Handlers, Commercial Refrigeration and Cargocaires
- Position will require off-hours on-call support as well as occasional weekend overtime

The annual base pay for this position is:
Min $69,200 - Max $103,700Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
