Whether that experience is online or in-person, streaming video, theatrical, games, merchandise, events and more, it’s powered by the anime content we all love.</p> <p>Join our team, and help us shape the future of anime!</p></div><h2>About the Role</h2> <p data-start="64" data-end="257">We're looking for an Internal Communications Senior Manager to serve as the strategic communications partner to our People Experience organization.</p> <p data-start="259" data-end="679">Reporting to the VP of Internal Communications, you'll help employees understand and engage with the programs, policies, benefits, learning opportunities, and organizational updates that shape the employee experience. Through thoughtful storytelling, strategic communications, and impactful campaigns, you'll connect employees to Crunchyroll's mission, vision, culture, and values while ensuring they have the information and context they need to thrive.</p> <p data-start="681" data-end="1056">As a trusted partner to People Experience leaders and stakeholders, you'll provide communications counsel, develop compelling content and campaigns, and help drive employee engagement across key initiatives. You'll leverage data and insights to continuously improve communications effectiveness and ensure content is relevant, timely, and impactful across a global workforce.</p> <h3>Core Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li>Lead communications strategies, content, and campaigns supporting People Experience programs, including benefits, policies, organizational change, learning and development, employee engagement, workplace initiatives, and employee resource groups</li> <li data-start="852" data-end="990">Partner with People Experience leaders, executives, and stakeholders to develop communications plans, messaging, and engagement strategies</li> <li data-start="992" data-end="1130">Provide communications counsel on messaging, timing, and change management communications, including sensitive or business-critical topics</li> <li data-start="1132" data-end="1277">Develop executive communications in support of People Experience initiatives, including leadership messages, presentations, campaigns, and events</li> <li data-start="1279" data-end="1437">Create and manage multi-channel content that informs, educates, and engages employees
