Job Location: Hixson Middle - Webster Groves, MO 63119Primary Objective:
- To use leadership, supervisory, and administrative skills to promote the educational development of each student
- To provide leadership that will motivate instructional and support staff to strive for superior performance
- To model and facilitate good human relations skills by effectively interacting with others
- To support policies, regulations, and directives of the School Board and Superintendent
Essential Functions:
- Manage day-to-day instruction and parent communication
- Coordinate the curriculum
- Make teaching assignments
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education: Master’s Degree in administration required
Experience: Educational administrative experience preferred. Five (5) years of teaching experience preferred
Certification: Requires Missouri administrator certification
Benefits: Ineligible
Work Calendar: June 1, 2026 – June 26, 2026, with work done prior to the start of the program
FLSA Status: Exempt
