Join us as a </span></span></span></span><b>Senior Digitalization Expert SCM/Procurement</b><span><span><span><span><b>.</b> The role will include design and implementation of global future-oriented strategies, methods, processes, and systems to contribute to the development and improvement for the Yunex Traffic Procurement &amp; Logistics organisation. </span></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><b><span><span>What will be you responsibilities?</span></span></b></span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Managing the global processes, IT applications, tools and governance with a clear focus on lean, digitalised processes to create a highly efficient SCM setup.</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Serve as the global key user for various applications within the Procurement &amp; Logistics department, providing expertise and support in utilizing functionalities effectively. </span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Lead the implementation of the new procurement platform for the Procurement &amp; Logistics department worldwide, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of the system within the global supply chain network.</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Drive digitalization and automation initiatives within the supply chain, identifying opportunities to leverage technology solutions for improved productivity, visibility, and cost savings.</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Develop standard procedures (e.g. procurement policy, contract templates, etc) that enable consistent and efficient procurement and introduce best practices to continuously improve performance and efficiency</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Project management (including the development, implementation, communication, and training strategies) including generating presentations to provide insights and recommendations to senior management</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span>Maintain active communication with internal customers and conduct trainings to amplify knowledge and ensure effective implementation of processes and tools</span></span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><b><span><span>What do you need to qualify for the role?</span></span></b></span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span>A commercial or technical university degree (Master's/Diploma)</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Possess 5-8 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, with deep knowledge in strategic and operational procurement and logistics. </span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Expert knowledge as well as experience in the implementation and/or customization of Procurement Platforms (e.g. Ariba, Coupa, Jaegger), SAP systems and other SCM relevant applications.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Proactive and independent working style, with a clear focus on the continuous development and digitalization of methods, processes, and tools. </span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Highly organized, with the capability to apply relevant project management methods and tools to plan and manage initiatives effectively. </span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Strong communication and leadership skills to connect teams and synchronize with internal and external stakeholders internationally. </span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling the identification of process improvement opportunities and the development of innovative solutions. </span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Knowledgeable about emerging trends and technologies in SCM, particularly in digitalization, automation, and data analytics. </span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>An innovative and creative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and challenge conventional approaches. </span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Demonstrates initiative, teamwork, and customer orientation, impressing with results and quality orientation. </span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Fluent in
