Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-Time, 40 hours weekly
  • Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm 
  • On-call rotation (roughly every 10 weeks)
  • $19.25/hour

Job Description

  • Performs data collection, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of multiple types of industrial HVAC equipment including; fan coil units, air handlers, variable air volume controllers, circulating water pumps, and supply and exhaust fans. Tasks include changing air filters, adjusting drive belts, lube grease fittings and related drive mechanisms, and coil cleaning.
  • Performs data collection, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of cottage heat pumps and furnaces.
  • Performs general maintenance tasks on the following systems; laundry, commercial kitchen equipment, domestic water, fire protection and alarm. Responds to residential work orders as directed by lead technician/supervisor.
  • Assists Plant Operations Manager with related heating, boiler and chiller equipment.
  • Utilize maintenance management system software to document data including but not limited to work order completion, issue resolutions.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalency, required.
  • Valid Drivers License, required.
  • Minimum three (3) years of progressive experience in general maintenance, required.
