This vital position takes care of our community by hiring the providers who see our patients and the leaders who manage our departments.  Engaging in full-cycle recruitment of dentists, therapists, doctors, and more, ensures our health center continuously   meets the needs of patients in Mendocino and Lake Counties.  

This full-time, on-site position ensures that: Positions are swiftly and effectively advertised,  active and passive candidates are sourced, fit for position/team is evaluated, interviews run smoothly and offers are made to the best of the best.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as:  Business, Human Resources, Public Relations, Communications, etc.

We are looking for an accomplished professional who has demonstrated the following core competencies in the work environment:      Ability to achieve measurable and meaningful results, professional writing skills, and strong interpersonal skills.

Experience in a health-care environment and/or experience in talent acquisition and contract development preferred.
