Summary of role
The CDMO Contracts Administrator Senior Specialist is an Evergreen site leader responsible for shaping and advancing Evergreen CDMO client projects, advancing Lantheus strategic goals, and managing technical business operations. This role reports into Supply Chain and requires cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, MSAT, Quality Assurance, Quality Contral, Legal, and Finance as well as supportive functions for the Executive Team.

As part of the responsibilities, this person will develop and maintain relevant documentation necessary for CDMO operations including client Master Service Agreements (MSAs), client work orders, vendor non-disclosure agreements, vendor MSAs, vendor work orders. Functions of the role also include defining and managing the Evergreen Springfield site budget, as well as supporting Finance with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable workflows. The role will support external CDMO clients as well as high-priority internal projects. This position will have a strong outward-facing presence and will support Lantheus’ initiatives by representing the company in different capacities as required.

This position is based in Springfield, New Jersey and requires a presence on-site 5 days per week, and open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for business development and operational needs for existing and prospective CDMO clients. Prepare work orders for execution with existing and prospective customers.
  • Cross-functionally support all operational teams in the CDMO including manufacturing, MSAT, QC, and QC among others.
  • Lead and manage CDMO vendor relationships, including establishment of Master Service Agreements and service contracts.
  • Collaborate with Legal on new work orders, vendor agreements, and advice as business needs evolve.
  • Process monthly billing and set budgets for annual revenue and operating expenses.
  • Maintain the site resource allocation calendar by scheduling upcoming internal and external work. Close collaboration is required with departments to ensure existing personnel and equipment resources are effectively utilized when scheduling.
  • Ensure operational excellence by allocating and directing internal resources and effectively utilizing outsourcing to achieve project and business goals in a timely manner.
  • Serve as a site resource for Procurement, providing outreach to vendors to obtain necessary supplies and services, often in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide Procurement and Finance training to the rest of the organization, as well as guidance to operational teams.
  • Help define and lead strategy as a senior member of the Supply Chain team and support the Site Leadership Team.

Basic Qualifications

  • Life Science degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry, CRO health-related consulting company, or biomedical/clinical experience within academia (or a combination of aforementioned).
  • Track record of success in building and leading teams. Strong managerial experience is essential.
  • Collaborative leader who is able to establish and drive strong cross-functional partnerships and scientific exchange with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and to operate in the role with the highest of ethical standards and professionalism is required.
