What You Will Do:
Manage and reply to leave requests, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, short-term and long-term disability, parental leave, and other company-specific leave programs.
Serve as the Tier 1 support/contact for employees regarding leave-related inquiries
Provide clear and concise information to employees navigating the leave process.
Complete weekly timekeeping reports for employees on leave.
Accurately track leave usage via our leave management system and coordinate absences with leave vendor and Leave Case Managers.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s Degree; Four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Two (2) plus years of professional experience
Minimum of 1 year in benefits administration with leave administration.
Experience with HRIS, payroll and leave management systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, or similar).
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Knowledge of leave administration terminology and compliance requirements.
Attention to detail and accuracy in managing sensitive information.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; effectively respond to employee inquiries with empathy and discretion.
A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to work.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
