Are you an organized and structured individual with a passion for HR? Master Builders Solutions, a global leader in innovative construction solutions, is seeking an engaged and proactive HR Coordinator Nordic to join the team on temporary 12 month contract to cover a parental leave. In this role, you will have an opportunity to grow and learn HR with Nordic perspective by providing essential HR support to leaders and colleagues across our Nordic region, helping to ensure the smooth running of HR processes and procedures.
About the Role:
As an HR Coordinator Nordic, you will work as part of the HR team and various internal and external stakeholders to deliver efficient and effective HR support. You will assist with HR administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, data management, reporting, and HR system maintenance. Additionally, you will provide support in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR projects. In this role you have a possiblity to grow as HR professional and develop your knowledge within a Nordic scope (Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway).
Responsibilities
- Support the Head of HR, leaders and employees across the Nordic organisation by delivering best in class HR services
- Support the talent acquisition process by coordinating interviews, liaising with recruitment agencies, and assisting with candidate screening.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Supporting leadings iro compliance with Work Environment regulations
- Ensure data accuracy in the HR systems
- Participate in HR projects and team initiatives
- Proactively contribute to continuous process improvements within operational HR
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree within HR or relevant area
- 1-2 years’ experience from an operative HR role
- Basic knowledge of HR operations, processes and terminology
- Experience from a multinational organisation is a merit
- Excellent people skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong cooperation skills, works well across departments, functions and geographies
- High integrity and leading by example
- Independence and courage to take decisions
- Structured, with great attention to quality and detail
- Written and spoken Scandinavian language is required
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- MS Office and general system savvy
