General Manager- PepperJax Grill

**Job Summary:**
We are currently seeking a General Manager to oversee all operations at PepperJax Grill. The General Manager will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring excellent customer service, managing budgets, and optimizing profitability.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a managerial role in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Responsibilities:**
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff
- Create and maintain operational procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets
