Positioned in the charismatic old artisan quarter of El Born, the Borneta Hotel invites you to discover the charms of the Ciutat Vella.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet and assist guests during late check-ins and early check-outs.

· Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

· Set up and maintain accurate accounts for guests, including payments and preferences.

· Ensure the total cash takings balance with the PMS settlements report and complete banking procedures.

· Perform at least two security checks per shift, focusing on safety, fire, and security measures.

· Respond to guest emails and manage requests effectively.

· Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information.

· Comply with health, safety, and emergency procedures, including logging incidents and near misses.

Requirements:

·Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role at 4 or 5 stars hotels.

·Fluency in Spanish and English.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in using PMS systems and handling financial transactions.

·Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

·Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

·Availability to start on september.
