Your day-to-day work will include:

Support a United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Client with forensic accounting and internal controls initiatives over fraud detection and fraud mitigation strategies. This involves a detailed understanding of fraud risk, business policies and operational processes, and forensic accounting and internal controls experience to provide accounting and risk assessment.

Duties and expectations include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Provide expert social media knowledge on platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram and other leading platforms.
• Conduct research on 3rd Party platforms to inform the Client of possible fraud cases.
• Communicate research findings through analytics and metrics reports.
• Provide clients and stakeholders with training, ongoing coaching, and documentation to enable clients to identify and mitigate fraud occurring on 3rd party applications successfully.
• Lead meetings when appropriate to discuss fraud findings.
• Work with a team of highly motivated individuals to meet client deliverables.

Experience Requirements:

Mandatory:

• Proficient in Spanish (read, write, and speak at intermediate level)
• 2-5 years of experience in digital and social media marketing and client services experience
• Demonstrated experience with social media tools
• Intermediate analytical skills and excellent communication skills to present insights to clients
• Proven ability to adapt to highly dynamic requirements
• Excellent meeting management skills and Microsoft Office Suite product skills

Education Requirements:

Mandatory: Bachelor of Art/Bachelor of Science degree and subject matter certifications.

Waiverable/Substitutable: An additional 4 years of experience may be substituted for an advanced degree.

Work hours:

Here at Aeyon we believe in creating an environment that fosters a healthy work/ life balance. The typical day consists of a 9-5 Monday-Friday work schedule totaling 40 hours per week, but we do realize that life happens, and things come up.
