The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $120,000-$155,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
This is What You Will do in This Role:
- Provide functional and process leadership for distribution center operations
- Establish a continuous improvement program with roadmap and timelines for facility improvements
- Evaluate talent and build organizational strength through coaching and team building
- Drive cross functional collaboration with Customer Service, Materials Management, Procurement, R & D, and Quality to identify opportunities and achieve OKR goals
- Define and implement new technologies, processes, and tools that will support improved warehouse performance
- Set daily meetings through SQDC targets/monitor performance to strategic goals
- Facilitate change management through training, coaching and delegation
- Develop and collaborate profit plans and budget numbers with financial controller and operations director
- Establish and monitor overall warehouse performance for operations and quality standards
- Control and minimize labor overtime, premium freight and repair expenses
- Provides direction, development and leadership to warehouse personnel
- Provide leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectives
- Develop management control systems to make financial planning and costs analysis more efficient
- Work with GOM (Global Order Management) to develop standards for design and operation opportunities
- Coordinate warehouse activities through the planning with departmental managers to insure the total warehouse objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner
- Communication of safety risks in partnership with EHS and Sr. Leadership
- Preform and lead GEMBA/Safety walks for the warehouse
- Other responsibilities as required
