Our Medical Assistants play a crucial role in delivering our mission by working directly in clinics to support patients and clinical staff.</p> <p><strong>Position Overview</strong><strong><br></strong>As a Medical Assistant at Medsien, you will be stationed in a Clinic located in Miami, Florida, where you will support the implementation and management of Chronic Care Management (CCM), Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), and other care programs. This is not a remote position; you will work directly with physicians and care teams in person to assist with patient engagement and care coordination.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work directly in clinics to assist with Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs.</li> <li>Engage with patients in person to review their care plans, answer questions, and ensure they are on track with their health goals.</li> <li>Serve as a liaison between patients, clinical staff, and Medsien’s care management team to ensure effective care coordination.</li> <li>Assist clinic staff with program enrollments, patient follow-ups, and ongoing care monitoring.</li> <li>Support physicians and clinical staff in providing seamless patient care by preparing relevant health data for patient visits.</li> <li>Work closely with Medsien's care management team to streamline care delivery and identify potential areas for process improvement.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification required.</li> <li>Bilingual English and Spanish, verbal and written</li> <li>1+ years of experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in a care management or chronic disease management role.</li> <li>Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clinical staff and patients.</li> <li>Proficiency in medical terminology and clinical processes.</li> <li>Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced enviro
