Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Hardscape Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of hardscape product projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating project activities, analyzing relevant data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end project management of hardscape product initiatives supporting the product managers from concept to delivery, including item code set up, creating product prospectus and coordination of samples.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including design, manufacturing, and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and industry data to inform product development strategies.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met within established deadlines and building visual PowerPoints and excel file datasets for the leadership team.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans to address potential project challenges.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, goals, and success criteria.
- Monitor project budgets and resources, making data-driven decisions to optimize efficiency.
- Communicate project updates and status reports to senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to drive successful project outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, technological advancements, and market trends to enhance project strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years experince in project coordinating/managing
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in hardscape or construction related industries.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Strong skillset with PowerPoint and excel.
