Transform yourself and take responsibility for...

• Being a first point-of-entry for all local accountants on any accounting related matter

• Monthly review of the subsidiaries’ monthly closings to ensure that they are complete and aligned with the given accounting and reporting standards

• Implementation of any new accounting procedures across the subsidiary network together with the local accountants

• Participation in further improving the current and implementing new finance systems

• Further development of the given processes especially with regard to IT tools and the opportunities given by the BI / data landscape

• Participation in cross-functional projects (e.g. involving Invoicing, Claims Management, Accounts Payables etc.)

• Cooperation with local auditors and tax advisors across the subsidiary network

You are ready for your Transformation, if you have...

• Several years of previous industry or audit experience; IFRS and / or US-GAAP experience, German GAAP is considered as plus

• Experiences in group accounting and consolidation 

• High IT literacy, especially Microsoft Excel. Ability to make best use of the given data infrastructure to improve current processes

•  Experienced in usage of Accounting / Finance systems; previous exposure to Microsoft Dynamics AX and / or Oracle Hyperion or another ERP systems is a plus

• Attention to detail and very structured working style

•  Excellent command of both German and English (English is first business language)
