As the first point of contact for many of our guests, you’ll play a key role in delivering our signature Family‑Style Service.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Greet guests warmly and determine reservation status</li><li>Search reservation systems, print registration forms, verify identification, and obtain signatures</li><li>File and retrieve registration forms during check‑in and check‑out</li><li>Prepare room keys and assign rooms based on guest needs and preferences</li><li>Assist with billing inquiries, adjustments, and refunds</li><li>Block rooms for Groups, VIPs, Sales, and Casino departments</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned to support front‑of‑house operations</li><li>Maintain availability for scheduled shifts</li><li>Deliver Caesars Entertainment’s Family‑Style Service at all times</li></ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>One or more years of related experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role preferred</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests</li><li>Ability to read and write simple lists, memos, and business correspondence</li><li>Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)</li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products</li><li>Familiarity with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Be Part of Something Legendary</strong></p><p>If you’re ready to bring your hospitality skills, professionalism, and warm personality to Harrah’s &amp; Tropicana Laughlin, we’d be proud to welcome you to the Caesars Entertainment family.</p>
