About this role

Established quality professional. Sets objectives in Carrier Excellence/Continuous Improvement initiatives. Makes enhancements to systems and processes to solve problems and improve quality effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive improvement in key operating metrics to meet or exceed plan
• Conduct RRCA for underperforming metrics, Utilizing Dives/A3 methodology
• Maintain Site CX certification level and set YOY improvement plan

Role Purpose:

• Responsible for Athens manufacturing plant and business process (May support Jefferson location)
• Position leads Athens CX pilots and sets project priorities within team. (Will be supported by CX/QA OLP)
• Position works both tactically and strategically to promote Lean transformation and long range planning with plant leadership

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 years within a manufacturing or automotive setting

Preferred Qualification:

• Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience
• Practical knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work
