Our Corporate office in Livonia, Michigan is currently seeking a Business Analyst-Greenhouse Systems, to join our Information Technology team. The essential function of this role is optimizing and improving business processes within an organization, with a specific focus on Greenhouse Systems. You will work closely with stakeholders, including business users, process owners, and IT teams, to understand business requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and implement effective solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for aligning business processes with organizational goals, driving efficiency, and supporting the successful implementation and adoption of Greenhouse systems and related applications.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct process gap analysis and propose solutions to bridge the gaps, leveraging Greenhouse systems and Microsoft F&O capabilities.
- Design and document future state business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and goals.
- Work closely with IT teams to configure and customize systems and corporate applications, ensuring they meet business process requirements.
- Develop and maintain process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and related documentation.
- Identify and implement process automation opportunities to drive efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the successful implementation of new Greenhouse and corporate applications.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts, ensuring processes and systems meet business needs and requirements.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of process improvements and identify areas for further enhancement.
- Provide ongoing support and training to business users on systems and corporate applications.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes and system implementations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to greenhouse systems and corporate applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and execute change management strategies, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and systems.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to align business process improvement initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Conduct root cause analysis of process issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Foster strong relationships with business users, process owners, and IT teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide recommendations for system enhancements and optimizations based on business requirements and user feedback.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by proactively identifying areas for process optimization and recommending innovative solutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with greenhouse systems and Microsoft F&O.
- In-depth understanding of business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex processes and identify improvement opportunities.
