Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $143,000.00  to $238,400.00.

Position Details
As the Senior Corporate Counsel, Compliance and Investigations, you will play a key role overseeing and enhancing the Company's compliance and investigation functions. Reporting to the Vice President, Associate General Counsel – Ethics & Compliance, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compliance policies, leading investigations and risk assessments, assisting with litigation, and providing strategic legal advice to stakeholders worldwide. This role is based in our Chicago/Lake Forest, IL location.
 
You Will
•    Conduct and oversee internal investigations related to potential compliance violations, employee misconduct, and other legal matters. Marshal investigations data to detect trends and provide reports to senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
•    Develop and maintain comprehensive Company policies, procedures, and controls tailored to the Company's risk profile and regulatory requirements. Oversee the implementation of these policies globally
