Providence is calling a Senior Finance Manager who will:

• Possess deep analytical and business insights expertise to play an integral role driving financial impact across the organization
• Focus on thoroughly understanding business drivers underlying financial results
• Seek to uncover value and driving impact
• Be a highly motivated individual
• Have the ability to work through ambiguity
• Proactively solve problems
• Drive data-driven insights to inform decision making and resource allocation
• Influence business decision-making at the Executive Vice President level

Required qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor's Degre in Finance, Accounting or another related finance field of study
• 8+ years of closely related finance experience

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or another related business field of study 
• Certified Public Accountant, HFMS or FACHE certifications
• Healthcare Experience

Salary Range by Location:

• California: Humboldt: Min:$53.33, Max: $85.85
• California: All Northern California - Except Humboldt: Min:$59.84, Max: $96.32
• California: All Southern California - Except Bakersfield: Min: $53.33, Max: $85.85
• California: Bakersfield: Min:$51.16, Max: $82.36

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
