The position is a part of Disney’s Direct-to-Consumer Team working on our sports vertical, specifically ESPN+, our premium subscription service serving live sports, ESPN originals and premium news content to millions of subscribers across the US. As a member of the ESPN Product Team, you will play a critical role in innovating for the next generation of sports fans, working alongside partners in Product Design, Engineering, Editorial and more to create, design, build, and grow digital sports experiences that are made available to fans across the ESPN digital platforms, including the ESPN App, and ESPN.com.

The Sr. Product Manager I, Premium Video Experiences, role presents a unique opportunity to work on ESPN and create the next generation of products for Sports fans, focusing on exciting innovation across the subscription products that exist today, as well as how we engage sports fans in the future. Playing a pivotal role in the strategy development and execution of conversion improvements for our ESPN digital properties, including ESPN+, our direct-to-consumer subscription experience, you will be charged with understanding the fan experience across our suite of products and integrating the right product at the right time for the right fan.
You will focus on a mix of user-facing features and back-end optimizations including, but not limited to: payments/paywalls, account management, funnel creation and optimization, A/B testing UX and UI, and landing pages. This role will work heavily with partners in our Disney+ and Hulu while working in support of producing the best possible fan experience for all ESPN users.
The ideal candidate will possess the leadership, creativity, and analytical capabilities to execute ESPN’s product vision in partnership with the product leadership team. This is a product leadership role, and its ideal candidate is expected to partner with stakeholders across the company to design solutions that will win in the marketplace. This opportunity is uniquely positioned to make an immediate impact on the next generation of ESPN’s consumer experiences.

Responsibilities
- Focus on a mix of user-facing features including, but not limited to: merchandising ESPN DTC products, funnel creation and optimization, paywalls, A/B testing UX and UI, and landing pages.
- Partner cross-functionally with teams in Product Design, Engineering, Editorial, and Commerce to create, design, build, and drive growth across our digital subscription services.
