Responsibilities

Lead the planning, development, and management of an industry-leading data warehouse team.

Drive technical strategic planning for the overall data support of the assigned service line to align with organizational goals and future growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of data solutions with business objectives and user needs, and give them full play of the data value.

Lead the team to design and implement comprehensive offline and real-time data warehouse solutions.

Spearhead initiatives for process improvements and innovation within the data warehousing domain, leading to increased efficiency and reduced operational costs.

Foster the professional growth of team members through mentorship, technical guidance, and performance evaluations.
