As a Manager, Adobe Fusion Developer, you will join a highly motivated and experienced team that builds web and mobile applications and provides strategy consulting for Appnovation’s clients. We are looking for people who can bring a strong, consulting and solution-focused mindset. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of development experience out of which 2+ years of experience managing a team
• Strong experience in Adobe ecosystem and experience with multiple Adobe products like AEM CMS on-prem and cloud, AEM Assets, Adobe Workfront, Adobe Workfront Fusion 
• 2+ years of experience building complex workflows using Workfront Fusion
• Experience doing Integrations between SaaS applications and other web services 
• Experience with Relational database structures and data arrays/collections
• Experience with Web service APIs
• Experience with authentication methods such as OAuth/HTTP basic auth/API keys
• Experience with web services such as REST/SOAP
• Experience with data and file formats such as XML/JSON/PDF/CSV
• Experience iPaaS tools/solutions (Adobe Workfront Fusion, Workato, Tray.io, Integromat (now Make))
• Experience with AEM Assets and integrating with it.
• Strong understanding of digital asset management best practices within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Experience implementing automation and workflows in AEM Assets to support content operations, including asset approval, version control, and usage rights management.
• Experience managing the lifecycle of digital assets within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets, including uploading, organizing, tagging, and archiving assets.
• Experience with AEM Asset Metadata Schemas and indexing
• Ability to take requirements and design, build, test, and support
• Strong ability to organize information, communicate, manage tasks and use available tools to effectively contribute to a team and the organization
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end integrated and automated solutions
• Experience with Git
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Github actions and Jenkins or Travis CI.
• Understanding of agile principles and methodologies for e.g. Scrum, Kanban

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop innovative solutions to help clients solve complex technical problems
• Manage technical tasks of the team and provide valuable technical advice
• Design, configure, and deploy integrations using a variety of iPaaS products to connect Adobe Workfront to Salesforce CRM, Jira, Workday, Ingenuiti, CQFluency, and other SaaS applications
• Provide expert knowledge on APIs and how integration can be leveraged to achieve a desired outcome, indicating potential scenarios to consider before implementing
• Optimally configure API Integrations to meet client business requirements including set-up of triggers & actions, researching API system requirements for API calls and object references
• Support testing plans for integrations that ensure successful “go-live” deployments
• Ensure effective communication with clients and or team lead
• Ability to give overview of configured integrations and high level training to client administrators
