Core Job & Project Responsibilities

Participate in the research, analysis, design, financial modeling, proposal development, documentation including deck creation, and implementation of Executive compensation programs, Equity (RSU, ESPP, etc.), and other key programs.

Maintain program policies, develop plan documents in partnership with Legal, conduct data audits, and design reporting /dashboards

Partner with the Compensation Programs team as well Stock Administration to ensure appropriate reporting, systems and administrative processes are in place to support Equity Compensation programs

Project manage, drive content creation, and prepare quarterly Comp Committee Meeting materials including equity grant submission and tracking of share utilization, etc.

Compensation survey submission for Exec, Equity, BOD, and other related areas
Consulting & Partnership

Conduct executive (VP+) position benchmarking including scoping/leveling, total compensation recommendation for new hires, promotions, annual reviews, and ad-hoc assessments

Provide consulting services directly or indirectly to People Business partners and business leaders. Guide the decision-making process and outcomes by providing detailed analysis/models, innovative recommendations, and expert knowledge.

Conduct various analyses and participate in projects supporting the development of compensation and total rewards practices and programs.

Support annual Compensation Program/Performance cycle - roll-ups, analysis, education, and more. Drive VP comp review process including custom templates, communication, presentation prep and modeling for CEO review, input, and approval.

Participate in total rewards and other cross functional projects

Develop templates for the comp team to leverage for repeatable analysis and exec presentations.

Develop and present training materials, modules, and intranet content for managers and stakeholder groups.

Partner with team members in Total Rewards, Stock Administration, FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Internal Audit, People Partners, Communications, and business leaders.
Desired Qualifications
-
BA/BS (or equivalent) in Business, Economics, HR, or similar field
-
8+ years of progressive Compensation experience including Exec and Equity Comp as well as general Compensation Consulting. The ideal candidate also has experience with or exposure to creating Comp Committee presentations.

Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving abilities;

Obsessed with attention to detail

Flexible, fast paced, willing to work with ambiguity and think outside the box

Thoughtful listener, effective educator, influential consultant, and compelling communicator.

Highly proficient using Google Sheets and Excel for heavy data analysis and modeling. Strong Google Presentation and Powerpoint skills and expertise using data to tell a story / make compelling proposals.

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US Pay Range$160,300—$240,500 USDAbout Rubrik:
