Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist, part time

White Oak Manor Waxhaw is looking for a part time  Front Desk Receptionist that can provide excellence in customer service and give our customers an outstanding experience. To provide all personnel and verbal facility contacts with prompt, courteous attention to their requests. Responsible for answering  calls and forwarding to the specified areas,  receptionist duties, including screening requirements per facility policy for our 100 bed skilled nursing facility.

The ideal candidate displays excellence in customer service service and must relate professionally with residents, family members, visitors and officials. Must provide a positive attitude with friendly and approachable mannerisms. 

Education and qualifications: A minimum of high school education is essential. Good communication skills with a polite and cooperative manner towards facility staff and visitors. Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action and to remain calm during emergency situations. Must be able to follow written and oral instructions. Good physical and mental health; subject to frequent interruptions.

The Front Desk Receptionist is to fill our available part-time hours.

Schedule: Thursdays & Fridays, 4:30PM - 7:00PM + Saturdays, 2:00PM - 7:00PM
