Position Overview
- RehabVisions is seeking a Director of Operations (Clinic Division) to provide leadership and oversight for our outpatient clinic network.
- This is a full-time leadership position based in our Home Office in Omaha, NE. Relocation to the Greater Omaha area is required.
- Salary Range: $130,000 – $140,000 (DOE)
- Eligible Disciplines: Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Position Summary
- As Director of Operations, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of 16 company-owned outpatient clinics across eight states. You will lead and support clinic managers to ensure high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and strong operational performance, while driving growth and efficiency across the division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support Clinic Managers in daily operations
- Travel approximately 50% for site visits and leadership meetings
- Oversee clinics across NE, ND, KS, IA, TX, OK, NM, and WA
- Drive operational improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
- Develop and manage annual budgets, staffing plans, and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Support clinical program development and staff training initiatives
- Identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and expansion
- Collaborate with Marketing to drive business development and community engagement
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, including leadership or management in a clinic setting
- Active licensure and board certification in respective discipline
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
