Please note that this is a hybrid position of 4 days/week in our Los Angeles office
The Print Development Associate is a deadline and communication focused self-starter who will direct, develop and implement the print development process and execution of on-time strike offs & lab dips. This role works closely with Merchandising, Graphic Design, Production and external suppliers develop high quality prints for intimates, lounge, kidswear, and socks.
What You'll Do
- Own print and color development for all fabric and trims, multiple seasons at once
- Pull pantones per artwork and prep for CF review
- Hold print approval meetings in office with merchandising and print design
- Maintain line sheets and PO log with final print names once approved
- Manage the print development WIPs and binders; log and track all submissions and comments
- Improve and implement print development strategies in partnership with CFTs and Sr. Director PD & Production
- Enforce the print development calendar and ensure cross functional team and vendor adherence to deadlines and key deliverables; Proactively communicating deviations
- Engage and facilitate daily communication with vendors to address all print development related issues
- Print hindsight
- Bulk print and color approvals, matching back to approved submissions
- Partner with merchandising & print design to explore and research in-market trends
- Co-manage DHL relationship and invoice approvals for all submissions for the production team; finance tracking and usage
- Color code entry into Net suite
- Print name entry into Centric
What You Have
- B.A. or equivalent
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a print development for wet printing
- Understanding of knit & woven materials and garment construction
- Versed in managing a robust supplier base in fabric and trims
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, emphasis on international relationships
- Advanced Excel & G suite proficiency
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Deadline-driven with a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to juggle competing priorities
- Strong project management skills and experience managing CFT

The base salary range for this full-time position is $91,400 -$120,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the base salary range provided in this posting does not include any bonus, equity, or benefits you may be eligible for.
