About the position

Reporting to the BD Director, and working with the NY Leadership team, you will assist in running Henning Larsen’s business development in the US and Canada on a daily basis.

Areas of responsibilities:

• conduct North American market research and status updates in the interests of new business
• manage and prepare the response to EOI/RFQ/RFP/RFIs
• prepare and manage client/partner outreach materials
• track and report on the progression of new business leads
• develop a library of bid submission documents
• manage our CRM database
• manage the New York Business Developments team’s overall tasks and agenda
• cross organizational coordination with Business Development and Communication

What do we expect?

Candidates have a proven track record from minimum seven years of work within a similar position in the US working with strategic business development and marketing.

As a person, you are a strong communicator – both in writing and verbally – and have excellent networking skills. In other words, the ability to build relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, business partners, and influencers is a prerequisite to success in this role. You have a talent for writing concisely and for summarizing key information. Further, you are able to multi-task and can easily navigate in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop is required.
