Parts Counter Job Duties:
-Call customers with estimates on service and parts
-Data Entry for service orders, parts orders ect.
-Assist walk-in customers such as answering questions, locating parts and ringing up customers
-Answering phones and assisting customers with their inquiries/parts orders look up.
-Contacting customers and updating tickets for estimates as needed.
- Maintain the highest quality standards of professionalism in serving our customers and identifying their needs
- Promote safe work habits and ensure that safety rules are follows
-Checking in/stocking parts orders.
-Inter-store communications.
-Checking in machines as needed.
Required Qualifications:
-experience with parts sales and/or small engine repair is preferred, but not required.
-computer efficient with basic Microsoft office products and internet.
-excellent customer service skills and friendly attitude; on the phone, and in person
-detail orientated.
-ability to work without supervision
-ability to lift 50lbs
Full time/Part time.
