About the role
d2m Services is currently seeking a qualified Process Engineer to join its O&G Client for a LNG project, overseeing the project throughout the EPCI phase.
Responsibilities:
As a Process/Project LNG Engineer, you will be reporting to the Technical Direction of the Group and will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting HYSYS simulations including pre-treatment (AGRU, dehydration, etc.), liquefaction (SMR, N2, feed gas), and boil-off gas (BOG) management.
- Coordinating with subcontracted engineering firms (weekly meetings, document reviews).
- Sizing equipment and drafting technical documents in preparation for tendering (case studies, Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), datasheets, etc.).
- Participating in process reviews (HAZOP/HAZID), 3D modeling, layout, Emergency Shutdown (ESD) logic, etc.
- Monitoring the fabrication of process equipment (expanders, separators, skids, compressors, pumps, etc.).
- Providing startup and technical support during operations at LNG sites.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with a minimum of 3 years in LNG.
- Minimum of one position held on a production site (commissioning, startup, or operation).
- Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas and LNG processes.
- Knowledge of piping, instrumentation, and process safety is a plus.
- Fluent in English - Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Willingness to relocate, as the position will initially be based for a few months in Paris before relocating for approximately 2 years to the FLNG (Floating LNG) facility fabrication site.
