Job Title: Senior Procurement Specialist

Location: Huntsville, AL (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking a full-time Sr. Procurement Specialist.

Duties:

• Provide support for the preparation of contractual provisions and the administration of subcontract awards, and modifications
• Planning and managing the progression of the subcontracts
• Manages day-to-day administration of subcontracts
• Review and negotiate subcontract terms and conditions
• Review subcontractor deliverables for accuracy and compliance
• Establish and maintain complete, well-organized subcontract files
• Creating and analyzing funding documents
• Coordinating/attending meetings with staff sections to establish requirements
• Research and analysis to determine modifications required for current subcontracts
• Provide compliance oversight for all procurement files
• Support DCMA CPSR assessments, as necessary
• Mentor team members
• Conduct Procurement training, as necessary
• Skill set that includes 7+ years of subcontracts and purchasing experience working with subcontracts and/or purchase order issued under Government contracts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
• 7+ Years of relevant experience
• Experience working within a DCMA approved purchasing system
• Experience supporting a DCMA CPSR assessment is a plus
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, strong commitment to customer service, and ability to plan and manage multiple tasks
