The position combines high-level executive assistance with projects daily coordination, ensuring seamless operations. This role requires a highly adaptable, energetic, and results-driven professional who can translate the CEO’s rapid, dynamic flow of information into clear actions and deliverables. The position involves frequent travel (up to 10 days per month across mainly two destinations), full discretion, and the ability to operate calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

Key Responsibilities

·       Convert information; received by message, voice note, email, or in person; into actionable tasks with clear execution. Ensure follow‑ups, deadlines, and deliverables are met.

  • Coordinate the CEO’s personal agenda, including family office-style responsibilities such as managing personal appointments and travel, ensuring a balanced and seamless integration of personal and professional commitments.
  • Acting as an extension of the CEO’s mind in business, legal, and strategic matters
  • Act as a trusted liaison between the CEO, internal teams, and external partners, including high-profile collaborators.
  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings, presentations, and strategic initiatives, ensuring flawless execution and follow-up. Prepare reports, summaries, meeting notes, and business documents. Draft and edit documents, emails, and presentations in English and French.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism and maintain a proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
  • Support the CEO during international travel, attending key meetings and events as required.
  • Drive and contribute to projects, including those tied to our global expansion, brand partnerships and philanthropy.
