Operations Accountant with English SSC Finance NER

<h3>Company Description</h3><p><em>Coface Bucharest Shared Services Center - a constantly growing team of young and enthusiastic experts, covers daily various processes and roles for Coface entities in several countries.</em></p><p><em>We have multiple teams of specialists, speaking French, English, German, Italian, Spanish and Romanian, responsible for running internal client operations at the highest standards of quality and efficiency.</em></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>The Accountant will be able to perform numerous activities, including but not restricted to :</p><p>‣              Intercompany activities : reconciliation, invoices</p><p>‣              Perform AP payments and Bookings</p><p>‣              Perform Master Data Management activities for accounting systems</p><p>‣              Perform Tax and regulatory reporting</p><p>‣              Post accounting vouchers/ bank statements</p><p>‣              Perform broker invoicing</p><p>‣              Support Fixed Asset Accounting</p><p>‣              Perform reconciliations between sub- and main-ledger</p><p>‣              Various reconciliations for booking accounts</p><p>‣              Accounts Receivables booking for intercompany entities</p><p>Ad hoc activities (specific to the SSC structure launch):</p><ul><li>Participates in the creation / update of Finance Standard Operating Procedures used by the SSC operational teams.</li></ul><p> </p><ul><li>Is accountable for operations’ accuracy and quality regarding statutory and Group rules and standards</li></ul><p> </p><ul><li>Participates in project work (e.g. lean &amp; optimization topics)</li></ul><p> </p><ul><li>Participates to functional &amp; cross-functional meetings (when required)  and shares feedback and regular contact with NER functional finance team</li></ul><ul><li>Potential evolution to other opportunities within the company</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Good knowledge of accounting  processes</li><li>Good communication skills</li><li>Good organizational skills</li><li>Independent worker and team player</li><li>Ability to deal with numerous deadlines simultaneously / Multi-tasking</li><li>Familiarity and ease with varying IT and online software and applications</li><li>Knowledge of local GAAP is a plus (Germany, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden)</li><li>Basic knowledge of major internal control procedures</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>English level requiered :  C1 </p>
