Responsibilities:
Develop cohesive, comprehensive, and long-range marketing plans with key partners, aligning with broader marketing objectives to support mutual growth.
Develop targeted partner marketing strategies that reach key customer segments by industry, region, or persona, aligning efforts with specific growth opportunities.
Design and execute a variety of partner marketing programs, including co-branded events, webinars, content creation, collateral development, and social media campaigns to maximize partner visibility and engagement.
Drive and optimize partner marketing initiatives with a strong emphasis on generating net-new leads and expanding pipeline opportunities.
Track, report, and analyze the impact of partner marketing efforts on lead generation, pipeline development, and revenue, refining strategies for maximum ROI.
Cultivate and nurture relationships within our partner network, strengthening high-performing joint marketing initiatives and establishing new, impactful collaborations.
Support the creation of enablement materials and training to equip partners with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively promote our solutions.
Manage a multi-faceted partner ecosystem across technology, professional services, and industry associations, tailoring strategies to align with each partner's unique capabilities and market reach.
Demonstrated experience driving global partner marketing activities across North America, UK/EU, and APAC, with the ability to adapt strategies to regional market needs, compliance requirements, and cultural preferences.
Work closely with sales and other marketing functions, leveraging insights and resources across teams to maximize partner marketing impact.
Utilize the partner ecosystem to support critical marketing goals, including regional growth targets, targeted use case campaigns, and enhancing SEO rankings through partner collaboration.
Oversee partner marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively, ensuring efficient use to meet strategic goals.
Qualifications:
8-12 years of experience in partner marketing or related roles, with a strong track record in building and executing impactful partner programs.
Proven expertise in driving net-new lead generation and tracking partner marketing contributions to pipeline and revenue.
Deep understanding of navigating complex partner ecosystems, including technology, professional services, and industry associations.
Highly autonomous and accountable, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and build strong relationships with partners and sales.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in measuring, reporting, and optimizing partner program performance.
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
