<p><b>Job Description</b></p><h1><b>Senior Manager SHEQ</b></h1><h1><b>Internal Fleet Europe</b></h1><p></p><p><b>Type of Employment:</b> Permanent</p><p><b>Location:</b> Oslo, Norway</p><p><b>Visa requirements:</b> A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)</p><p></p><p><b>THE ROLE</b></p><p><span>The Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Manager is overall responsible for the titled activities in Internal Fleet Europe. Establish and maintain SHEQ framework and tools to support a safe and efficient truck operation. Overall responsibility for the Internal Fleets governing documents and procedures. Ensure that legal requirements related to SHEQ is known and understood across the Circle K Transport organization. This role may include personnel management in the future. The person will report to Director IHF Europe and be a member of the European IHF leadership team. The SHEQ manager will initiate and lead investigations. Extensive travel across our European markets must be expected. </span></p><p></p><p><b>Monthly KPI’s</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Driver compliance reports, including OTC usage, service level, contaminations</span></p></li><li><p><span>Operational metrics including Service level, splits, idle time, fuel consumption, unit costs, load and drop sizes and productivity.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Observation reports</span></p></li><li><p><span>HSSE KPI follow up.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>WHAT YOU’LL DO</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Coordinate authority reporting by country.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinate and perform internal and external audits and inspections<span>   </span></span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide leadership and support to managers, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Perform investigations and spread learnings. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain a safe, positive, energetic, and healthy work environment for the drivers in strict compliance with the company code of conduct, business ethics and compliance with legal regulations. Target for an overall high employee survey (</span><span>MyVoice</span><span> or equivalent) result from the drivers.<span>  </span></span></p></li><li><p><span>Member of the European leadership team, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Promote sufficient risk awareness in the European internal fleet </span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinate the Internal Fleet Europe’s Emergency Response Team (ERT) </span></p></li><li><p><span>Implement and monitor operational procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies. </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>WHAT YOU’LL NEED</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Higher relevant education (Industrial Engineering, Crisis Management, Police </span><span>etc</span><span>). O</span><span>ther relevant work experience or higher education degree will also be considered.</span></p></li><li><p><span>In-depth knowledge of relevant industry laws connected to labor law and regulations for ADR transport. </span></p></li><li><p><span>A proven track record for excellent HSSE results.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Demonstrated experience from first line response and/or safety advisory is preferred, but not mandatory. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Curious, and with a drive to proactively develop insight to support the company in developing the business.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
