Customer Enrollment Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Enrollment Representative to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will serve as the vital link between our current customers and prospective leads, ensuring effective communication and fostering strong relationships. As part of our Customer Service division, you will utilize your expertise in consumer relations to navigate interactions, report to the Director of Customer Outreach, and embody a motivated and professional demeanor to succeed in our fast-paced environment. As you demonstrate proficiency and consistency in your role, there will be opportunities to advance into leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with customers, offering personalized solutions to their needs, promoting our services and our initiative to provide support. 
• Systematically track, organize, and document all interactions with existing clients and prospective leads, ensuring seamless communication across all departments.
• Maintain regular contact with current customers and potential new members to meet customer enrollment goals and enhance customer engagement.
• Identify and troubleshoot client issues by collaborating with fellow Customer Enrollment Representatives who have successfully navigated similar challenges.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops offered by the company to enhance your skills and boost your effectiveness in the role.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure they feel valued and satisfied with our services.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, though candidates with 1-3 years of relevant customer service experience will also be considered.
• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) with a strong emphasis on interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to commit to a full-time work schedule.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding performance goals, showcasing a strong customer-centric approach.
• Comfortable working in a a face-to-face setting with customers and peers.
