We are searching for a driven and experienced Assistant Account Director to cultivate client partnerships and contribute to account growth. This role requires a solid understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong client relationships. What You'll Do
- Participate in developing and executing Client Engagement Plans for long-term account success.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the client's business, industry, and competitive landscape.
- Support the execution and measurement of strategic plans, contributing to thought leadership and MIP initiatives.
- Provide oversight and guidance on current work while actively seeking new opportunities.
- Build and nurture client relationships at both daily and senior levels.
- Participate actively in client meetings (presentations, briefings, strategy sessions, etc.).
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, contributing to their development.
- Manage financial aspects of accounts, including monthly billing, forecasting, and client communication.
- Regularly update and collaborate with the Account Director on business status and escalate issues as needed.
- Contribute to strategic efforts across multi-channel engagements.

What You'll Need
- 5-7 years of agency experience (or comparable) in marketing, advertising, communications, or science/medicine, preferably with Pharma experience.
- Solid understanding of health communications and associated processes.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with and manage client contacts.
- Experience in supervising and training junior staff.
- Working proficiency in Spanish (this includes the ability to read, speak, and write)
