As part of Axis’ Americas Operations Fulfillment team, we are looking for an Senior Operations Coordinator who will play a critical role in supporting both internal and external stakeholders, including Axis Distribution Partners, sales teams, and operations groups. This role ensures seamless order management from initiation through fulfillment while collaborating on strategic initiatives to drive Operational Excellence.

In a highly collaborative environment, the ideal candidate will actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping drive team goals and support scalability efforts. This role works closely with cross-functional teams—including the Configuration and Logistics Centers (CLCs), Distribution Operations, Demand & Supply Planning, and global counterparts at Axis headquarters in Lund, Sweden—to ensure superior service and operational support for both internal and external customers.

What you’ll do here as Senior Operations Coordinator?

  • Act as a central point of contact for Americas Operations communications, ensuring a professional, responsive, and consistent tone to support the team’s positive reputation

  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, educating them on order fulfillment processes and promoting the Order and Fulfillment team's capabilities

  • Organize, prioritize, and allocate inbound requests, ensuring timely handling of customer and stakeholder inquiries and escalating critical issues when necessary

  • Develop and execute delivery plans, validate lead times, and manage High-Volume Orders (HVOs) in collaboration with Global Operations and Configuration & Logistics Centers (CLCs)

  • Provide guidance and problem-solving support on complex orders, availability inquiries, licensing cases, and urgent fulfillment issues

  • Monitor supply status, communicate relevant updates, and collaborate with internal supply partners to proactively mitigate risks to order fulfillment

  • Generate, validate, and distribute operational reports from ERP systems, providing accurate insights on fulfillment metrics and KPIs to management

  • Participate actively in daily stand-up meetings, SO&E (Sales Operations & Execution) discussions, and weekly CLC sessions to maintain alignment on goals, orders, and supply chain activities

  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes and customer experiences, participating in improvement initiatives and projects under management direction

  • Provide backup coverage and operational support to teammates as needed to ensure continuous service delivery and team effectiveness

  • Help organize and communicate around regional quality stops, supporting compliance and fulfillment standards

We'd love to hear that you have/are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

  • 3+ years of experience in order management, supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment operations

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., IFS, SAP, Oracle, or similar order management software)

  • Previous experience working with distribution partners and global supply chain teams is a plus

  • Knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and order processing systems is highly preferred

Pay range:

The approximate pay range for this location and position is $75,000-$85,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
