Qorvo’s Internal Audit team is looking for a talented individual to join our team to drive audit activities related to financial, operational and compliance risks with a geographic focus on North America and Europe. The role is an outstanding opportunity for growth with wide exposure to many parts of the organization.
This role is hybrid based in Greensboro, NC, reporting to the Head of Internal Audit.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and execute risk-based advisory and assurance projects that focus on Qorvo’s most significant financial, operational and compliance risks
- Be a change catalyst with the ability to drive process improvements through strategic influence
- Deliver strong and efficient internal control testing while closely collaborating with external auditors, SOX team, control owners and other stakeholders
- Develop relationships based on trust and transparency with business leaders across functional areas and geographies
- Document results of audit work
- Expand the use of data and emerging technologies
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, such as Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Data Analytics. Relevant Master’s degree and/or CPA preferred.
- 5+ years relevant experience, including recent experience at a large public accounting firm and/or in corporate Internal Audit, Finance and/or Supply Chain functions U.S. public companies
- Skilled at building relationships at all levels of the organization
- Strong written and oral communicator
- Ability to extract and analyze large amounts of data and derive meaningful information
- Proven track record driving process improvements
- Strong understanding of Internal Audit methodologies and standards
- Experience testing SOX controls
- Persistent and relentless, inquisitive, pragmatic business partner, action-oriented
- Ability to travel up to 10%, domestically and internationally
