Seating Product presentation

Wherever you come from, you must have heard about airline IT Seating!

Because it’s very tangible. Because, as a traveler, you experienced the change with a more value-conscious mindset regarding ancillary services within the airline industry, prioritizing flexibility and personalization. Travelers now seek transparent pricing and are willing to pay for add-ons that enhance their travel experience, such as extra legroom or preferred seating.

Because ancillary seating has become a vital revenue generator for airlines, with figures speaking for themselves: 8 of the most influent airlines of United States generated more than $4 billion revenue in 2022 with assigned seat fee.

Because seating is also crucial for airport operations as it allows airlines to efficiently streamline boarding processes.

Because our product, despite its maturity, is constantly evolving. There cannot be a retailing transformation as such, if seating, representing ~40% of ancillary sold, is not totally engaged in that journey, being at the crossroad between Offer, Order and Delivery Management Systems.

And because we are convinced that our product has a strong role to play in supporting our customers and providing strategic insights to help them adapt their offers/services/operations.
