We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a prompt and courteous manner

• Assist clients with service requests, scheduling, and general information

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently

• Monitor customer satisfaction and escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed

• Support administrative duties such as data entry and file management
