You’ll operate as a lead internal consultant—embedded in business units, identifying the highest-impact AI and process opportunities, building the business cases, and driving initiatives from pilot to success.</span></p> <p style="line-height: 1.4;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">This is not an advisory role. You will own problems end-to-end. You’ll need to be comfortable with ambiguity, navigating organizational complexity, and delivering results without a detailed playbook. The business will look to you for straight answers on what’s real versus hype in AI—and then expect you to go architect it.
