You’ll work with frontier LLMs, SQL, and Python to collect data, filter and transform data, train and fit models, and evaluate AI agents and their performance. Yext clients cover a tremendous breadth of industries. We are seeking data scientists excited to discover opportunities in data across a wide variety of business domains. You will work collboratively with cross-team partners in software engineering, product management, and strategy.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Data analysis, filtration and quality assurance. Development of high quality Data Products to support internal and external stakeholders alike</li> <li>Create of context windows, tooling, instructions and evaluation frameworks for agentic tools, and evaluating their performance</li> <li>Work closely with other Engineering and Product colleagues to advance the development of complex and sophisticated algorithmic product features.</li> <li>Communicate and clearly present results in verbally, in writing and graphically</li> <li>Propose ideas and solutions to problems observed during the course of other assignments</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Programming experience in Python</li> <li>Data Analysis experience in SQL</li> <li>Past experience with agentic programming tools such as Claude Code, Codex, AMP, Cursor, or Google Antigravity; familiarity with working in a Console environment and using version control systems like Github</li> <li>Autodidactic, Self directed – You are able to dive into a new unfamiliar problem domain and start learning about it – You are comfortable with uncertainty and project evolution</li> <li>Effective communicator, a good writer, and know effe
