Overview:

IntelliBridge is an award-winning national security company looking for a Senior Atlassian DevOps Engineer to support our contract with US Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

The successful candidate will provide technical and process leadership in the use of Atlassian applications and integrated DevOps tools for thousands of ends user across directorates within CBP’s Office of Information Technology (OIT).  Expertise in administering and consulting with customers in the use and configuration of Atlassian tools, standardizing use to support large scale agile processes, and scripting to extend and integrating the functionality into DevOps pipelines and toolsets is required.

Responsibilities/Duties:   

• Pushing state of the art practices into established operations

• Maintaining excellent service availability for supported services

• Achieving agreed upon delivery timelines and results.

• Troubleshooting and customer issue resolution.

• 
  

Required Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience and a B.S. or M.S.

• US Citizenship

• Significant expertise in administering and customizing Atlassian Jira and Confluence.

• Managing applications with Kubernetes environments.

• Leading teams to rapidly accomplish mission objectives.

• Basic understanding of Groovy language ( ScriptRunner, Jenkins Pipelines, Gradle ).

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Rapid solution in a highly available large scale production environment.

• Understanding of AWS concepts and implementation strategies.

• Acting as a trainer or “agile traveler” to engage customers in adoption of new techniques.

• Coordinating server certificate updates and management.

• Experience in supporting a large customer base.
